Man, That could be tire balance, worn steering box, worn ball joints, end link bushings- or any combination of those.

Did you get new tires? Is all the front end linkage original? I replaced everything up front and then had tire balance issues after a rotation. Need more info...but you likely have one or more of the above happening.

You have worn parts in the steering: Center-link, Idler, Tie-rods, Steering Stabilizer Shock. Need to have someone give the front end a good hands on Inspection.

02 f150 don't have stabilizer shock I have read other post an most say ball joints an tie rods won't cause it to only shake at 45 to 60 mph it would do it at all speeds

Get your tires balanced. If that doesn't fix it, do a thorough front end inspection for worn out parts. You do not need to add a shock on the steering. I have even had new tires installed that were not inflated enough initially to seat the beads completely.

before you pay for anything.. rotate your tires front to back.. if the shake goes to the seat of your pants then you know its tire issue..

Also depends on how worn out the parts are when the shake will start.. you can test most of the front end with a pry bar and a jack.

Have you had it aligned since installing the tie rods? As good as you mark them, it's pretty hard to set them perfect.

I just got rid of a 70mph wobble that has been haunting me for a while. I have replaced almost everything I thought could cause a wobble. Turned out to be a sway bar end link. Replaced them and no more wobble.

I had a bent linkage in the steering linkage near the firewall that caused really bad shaking...
