I am not 100% sure?

But I have a 2003 Reg cab that had a Bench seat, & I installed Buckets & Console from a 2001 Expedition. All the mounting holes were present in my floor board. So I would say yes!

if you venture into F250 or Explorer territory its gonna take serious modifying

The holes you need for the 60/40 seat are existing in the floor (unthreaded), plugged with rubber plugs. They are 2 different sizes ( 10x1.5 and 12x1.75) and can either be threaded or just have the proper bolts forced into them.

I used some bolts from the local hardware store (non-self tapping), which is why I ran a quick tap through prior to installing the bolts. If I was pulling the seats myself, I would definitely grab the factory bolts too ...
