Bought my grandfather's XLT 5.4L - Need wheel ideas

So I just purchased my grandfather's XLT 5.4L SuperCab with only 29k miles! It is not an FX4, but I want to add some more aggressive wheels to give the look. I know that there are some challenges with the 5x135 lug pattern - can anyone provide some direction on tire/wheel combos? I like the combo in the attached picture, but have no clue on the size of the wheels/tires - thoughts?

They look like either 18's with 33's or maybe 20's with 35's. Depending you may need to add some lift to your truck if you want a combo like that.

I was thinking 18's and 33's. Has anyone used a lug adapter? I have had a hard time finding a good selection of rims with 5x135.

Wouldn't recommend them, they aren't the safest way to go.

Check ebay, they always tend to have a pretty decent selection.

Nice truck. What kind of lift do you have on it?

Those wheels are RBP. I think they are 18's. Personally I wouldn't spend the money for RBP's they are a little overpriced. There are tons of other black and machined wheels for almost half the price.

I ended up putting 265/70R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers and some American Racing wheels that I found on craigslist. Its a good start. I wanted the 285's, but could find a lift kit over the weekend and the old tires were dry rotted..
