Heck with that pickle fork. Just a cheap little Pitman arm puller is the way to go.

I would've killed for access to an impact. But yea, installed both sets of cam bolts and got it lined up at Pep Boys just in time for school. The dead spot on center is pretty much gone. I love it.

And jbrew... I'm jealous of them shiny CV axles...

Yea, the CV's was the reason I was working on the front end, -had a hole in the boot, thru grease everywhere lol. Replaced both sides. Took forever to find a good set of axles for cheap. Found a great set in Cali. 1/2 price and free shipping, couldn't pass it up. There's quite a few 3rd party suppliers around here that sell cheap looking CV axles and use castle nuts on the axle threads vs those nice HD compression nuts.

Figured I might as well do all the joints while I'm in there. Doing one job made the other easier you know lol. Used all Moog stuff from Rock for that. Mine wern't that bad. All were fairly tight except for the bottom ball joint. It wasn't sloppy, but turn real easy, - you could almost spin it lol.

So you wish you had one of these ehh, -

600' lbs of pressure makes everything easier.

I really like that computer you built tho. Both, -the one you built for your dad as well. Looks like a miniature Mac Pro DT lol.

Thanks!

What brand ball joint press is that? The one I bought from Harbor Freight warped a little by the time I was done.
