My truck has electric locks, problem is when i tried to install a key fob to lock the doors the truck wouldnt go into program mode, problem is my truck has electric locks but no RAP module, since it has no rap module the key fob will not work,

My question is how do i install a Rap module onto a truck that was never equipped with one ? has anyone done it before?

Secondly i do have a parts truck that has the RAP module and all necessary wiring so how hard of a job is it to swap it over? my truck is a 1998 f150 and the parts truck is a 1998 f150 so they should work, thanks for your help

Also, i do have the correct key fob for 1997 and 1998 ford f150's
