S.O.S. Transmission not going into drive.

had the transmission fluid changed in my 97 F150. It had been clunking into drive prior to having it changed.

my grandfather told me when he picked up the truck from the shop the transmission did not clunk going it to drive. He drove it home fine with not issues.

Now the trucks at home and will not go in to drive at all but will go in reverse.

take it back to the place that did the work... Or did you do the work yourself?

How many miles on the truck? How many miles on the fluid before the change? Did they flush it or just change it? I assume they took off the pan and changed the filter?
