So after my trans swap to a 4r100 with the key on the power is turning on and off (the window will begin rolling down or up and stop and start etc.) it also won't start without boosting it (both batteries are fully charged!) as well it turns over very slow! With the swap I changed the computer, trans harness, gauges and key for the PATS. Once it's running it runs fine.

 

It was a combination of things. I have a poor grounding circuit and the starter positive was corroded and somewhat loose!

 

Sounds like a bad ground to me.

 

It was! I added a temp ground from the battery to the body for now until I can make my new cables at work! I love free things! Haha
