2002 KR - No power to seat warmers
2002 KR - No power to seat warmers
Hello everybody!
I'm new to Ford, as I just bought my first truck. I got a 2002 King Ranch with the 5.4L in it. One of the first issues I found was that the seat warmers didn't function. I have read about the common issue with wires burning out, but I don't even get the orange light when pressing the button. I really only checked the ATM fuse under the wheel, but I don't really know where to go from there. I don't want to open a can of worms.
Has anyone else had an issue where the seat warmer light doesn't come on? Could this be because there aren't actually seat warmers, just buttons?
Thanks!

That's not a good sign. don't know about it being a common issue. Mine work fine.
Might want to check the connections under the seat. Along with the fuse. Sounds like
a flooded truck issue. Water gets in there and fry's them. Welcome to the king ranch
club!!!! They have a place for KR's here. Mostly for care of the leather.
