I have a 98 f150 4x4 with the 4.6 and am thinking about swapping in a 4v Nav. 5.4. I will have the entire totaled Nav. to work with. Engine and tranny have 118,000 road miles. How hard will this be? Would it be worth it? Nav. is free. Anyone done this swap with entire donor vehicle at your disposal? Thanks, Danny.
