Cranking torsion keys

Trying to level my truck. I cranked both key bolts so they had about 3/4 of an inch left showing. Now my driver side sits at 36 1/2 from ground up dead center of wheel to bottom of fender flare. Now the passenger side sits at 37 inches? If the key bolts have the same amount showing left to turned shouldnt that make the height even?

Nope! Pay no attention to threads or how much bolt you have left to go. Here's the general practice...crank both bolts in full to the stop...literally bottom them out. Whichever side of the truck sits higher, back that side out until level. DONE! The bolts not being even is irrelevant.

How much height should that give me? I think I need 2 inches to be level?

Don't know. Should be close to that, but every truck is different.

Every truck is different when it comes to the settling of the torsion keys. Do exactly as galaxy said and you will be perfect.

I think it would've been best to pay close attention to the number of turns you do to each. That usually DOES work. But that won't work anymore haha so do what galaxy said. If that ends up being above level, you can always lower both by "guesstimation" until they get where you want em.

Every truck is different, but you *should* be able to get at least two inches. I prefer a touch of rake (.5" or so) so if you don't get quite enough to be level, you'll be alright.
