drain gas tank in 98 f150
i just bought 98 f150 with 4.6. sat for 4 years. gas tank is 1/2 full. i want to drain all the bad gas out. what is best way to do it without dropping tank or just running till empty. thanks

might be better, but a bit more work, to pull the box off and go in that way...It will offer a lot better view & the crud won't be dropping in your face.
& if the fuel pump is weak or non functional, then it is snap to change
Why was it parked for 4 years??
