Bluegrass you sound like my kind of guy!! Thanks!! Sorry, I thought I had listed that my truck is an older 1998 F150 Lariat Supercab 4x4. My bad.
Checking my fuse box (engine compartment) the largest number is 29. I also wanted to mention that there is another box to the right of this one that is full of relays which are not mentioned in my Manual and even another smaller one full of relays to the right of that one. No clue what these go to. I wish everyone here was as eager to help as you. What's my next step?

Ok were moving in the right direction.
Now with your year, the fuse/relay layout is different.
Under the dash, check fuse 23 shown on page 137.
In engine bay, check out position 17 as shown on page 140.
let us know .
Good luck.

I've checked those fuses numerous times in the last 3 weeks, checked again & they are good. If you are looking at a Manual for my truck please explain # 20 inside cab. What's my next step? Thanks Buddy!!

Number 20 a 5 amp supplies power to the PCM, a timer module and the GEM for some of their functions.
To start from the beginning, if you dash switch to 4H do you hear the case motor run or any relay operate?

Ok, it must be a bit different from the normal 98 owner man. I am looking at.
I would drop the case motor, inspect and apply power to it to see if it will move.
Inspect the circuit board and wiper contacts.
If good, that brings you back to the GEM module and power.
The GEM also controls the power windows, wiper functions and some interior light functions.
Are any of them not working?

OK, where do I apply power? That's what I've been wanting to do but don't want to hook it up wrong & blow something else. Everything else is working fine. If I have to pull the motor it will probably have to wait until Monday. I've got to put a stator in a jetski for a friend tomorrow & try to fix 2 old Ford tractors for my Brother Sunday.

Thanks to all that tried to help me on my 4wd problems!!! After many $$$$ and many hours spent reading, researching & testing I finally broke down & took it to an Automotive repair shop. It took them over 3 hours but they finally found the problem. Mice had gotton into the cab & crawled under the carpet trim in the door jamb & chewed several wires into. After all this time all it took was about 3 inches of wire & half a roll of electrical tape but I'm good to go!!!! Thanks again everyone!!!
