You could always yank a whole window out of a salvage truck for cheap. Are these what you're referring to?

Yes. The pieces on the bottom of the windows. I dont need a new window but mine are off. Previous owner took them off and I am not sure if the ones he gave me are correct; also need to attach them properly. I cant see an up close pic to see if mine are the same. Can you buy them separately? Thanks

Sorry, I don't think I have any close-ups of the metal pieces. I covered my door in sound deadener, and it's difficult to access the door cutout now. I think I remember your other thread, and my window is different, but it is a supercab. Your "cleats" had a bend in them?? whereas mine are straight.

As for attachment, I'm certain mine have adhesives... And parts diagrams don't really show the glass and hardware as separate. I only suggested salvage yards because I was able to get a whole window for $11... it's a bit wasteful, but you wouldn't have to mess with potential attachment or alignment issues.

Wow, can't beat 11 bux. I can find everything but a supercrew. The salvage yard says that the window is different on them...

Throw an Expy window in your screw and call it a day.
