5.4 lightning swap

I'm not using the truck for a race vehicle just towing and everyday driving. I would rather die than lose 4 wd and I think I have the 4r100 tranny already. I need to know will this swap be as simple as taking my entire engine out and bolting this entire engine in. I can get the fuel pump as well and the fuel rail,injectors and such will all still be on the new engine. I can get this engine cheaper than a remain factory 5.4 and that's what I'm looking for. The fact that it has the supercharger is a bonus but only if its not going to cost me a furtune in other things ie exhaust etc.

Mine has one. Well, it has E4OD on the door jam, but once you pull the pan, 4R100 is painted everywhere. Frankenstein at the factory, mine was probably built from the left over parts. Maybe the parts that were booboo'ed on the line?

I'm not losing my 4x4 and my truck
Has 307000 miles and the engine is tired I'm going to use it for towing I have a lift and big tires so not looking to go fast and I think my truck has the 100 tranny already. I can get this engine with what I need cheaper than a replacement engine it is complete with injectors and I can even get the fuel pump. I just don't want to do it if its going to cost me a furtune in exhaust an such. But if everything I have now will just bolt up with the new engine then I will do it

USMC, your going to have to change some suspension mounts and driveshafts if youre changing to the 4r100 trans.
why would you need to change oil pans? im pretty sure they are the same.

Listen smart asses I went to the dealership to ask because you all was telling me to swap this an that and never told me a straight up answer on if it would or not so I didn't know what else to do. If you all would give a straight answer then I would have new from you all.
