drivers side front brake issues???

I was on the highway the other day and noticed the brakes were squealing constanly. Sounds almost like a piece of steel is scraping the rotor so when I got home I jacked the truck up and pulled the tire. I couldnt budge the rotor as the caliper was stuck closed. I finally removed the caliper and the pistons went in fairly easy, well as easy as it should be. the padswere glazed but especially the inside pad so I picked up some new ones and installed them. I removed and greased the sliders, brake cleaned the caliper and used anti seize. Drove down the street nd it kept doing it. Today on my drive home I could smell the brakes so I opted out and bought a new caliper, installed and bled and it still makes the sound and the caliper wont release. I had tons of pressure when bleeding so I dont think the flex line is bad and it was new last year. The truck does not pull to one side when braking nor when driving in a straight line. What could this be? The master must be good if the passenger side brakes work fine right? Every single week I have a new problem with this truck and Im not rich.

Sure its not a wheel bearing going out, causing your calipers/pads to rub inadvertently

I dont think so because that wouldnt cause my caliper to stay closed on my rotor. The caliper is staying closed and not releasing off the rotor.

If one of the calipers is sticking that bad, you would have alot more issues than sound. It would throw your steering way off if it was constantly sticking that bad.

If your master cylinder and other lines are fine, IDK what else could be the issue.

Check the steel lines for kinks. If no kinks, then take the line off that goes to the problem side from the "T" down to the flex line. Make sure it is clear. Then check the "T" out real good for debris.

It sounds like it might have rust/crud in the metal line that is keeping the fluid from returning.

That's my guess, good luck.

****UPDATE****

Both front brakes are not realeasing now. If i release one bleeder screw they will both unstick and i can turn the rotors by hand. They will not lock up when I push the brake pedal when the truck is off, only when the truck is turned on and the booster is in use. I turned truck on and left it running while the calipers were tight then pulled the vacuum off the booster and they freed up. Booster no good? I put the vacuum from the booster back in then I purposely locked the calipers up while the truck was jacked up and tried to loosen the front line off the slave and what do you know. . . . . The line broke. What i thought was wierd was that the fitting still in the slave was loose and the line is open and no fluid was coming out but the calipers both freed up. I dont know what this means but Im sure its the slave or booster but more than likely the slave. any help would be great and ver much appreciated.

update again. . . .
just got in from installing new front lines and flex lines. Re bled the system and no difference. bought a master and I will install in the am. Pretty much can only be the master or the booster at this point right?

It was the brake master. Thought I'd list the answer as so many times Ive searched my problems and find threads with no answers.
