so bought a 99 4.6 about 2 months ago has 106000 on it bought it cheap havent done much to it beside change the oil and put some zip ties on the throttle cable it was stretched a good 2 inches. i play out in the mud so with that in mind gonna upgrade/replace so things what maintenance should i do only thing i was told was replace were the brake booster what shocks do yall run plugs and so on
things i plan on doing
1-plugs+ wires
2 coil packs or should i wait til it goes?
3 its a auto gonna flush the tranny
4 tie rods where can i find greasable ends

also are there mods that would help with the lack of power that come with the 4.6?

never have bought into the high dollar plugs, and my results have been negligible. but a for a few bucks more, why not. some coil wires provide less resistance, and can increase effciency, just make sure they're properly supported and away from hot things. i think the tranny flush interval is somewhee around 100k anyhoo, so i'd do that. and pizzaman on the rest.
