Trans shudder

Well this only happened a few times (2). The first time I was going about 35mph and stepped on it to downshift and it felt like I hit rumble strips, today I got on it pretty good going about 65 to downshift to pass a car and it did it again. It only did it twice in about 1000 miles. It cant be the COPs of plugs, they were just changed within the last 1500 miles. I don't know when the last time the fluid was changed in trans I havent done it since I owned it. It has 111k with the 4r100. Could it need trans fluid changed or maybe egr cleaned? No codes and trans seems pretty strong shifting ect...

My 98 F150 Trans has over 200,000 miles on it and it has a slight shudder around 70mph. It has been doing it ever siince I got it at 42,000 miles. I don't know if its some kind of design/production flaw, but I know other 97-03 F150 owners with this same complaint.

I want to say I read on here there was a TSB sent out about some TC having lockup issues at speed. My Trans has been functioning fine all these years, its just that I have to cruise at 65mph or 75mph.
