humming noise but not when turning right

I have a 1998, F150, 230,000 miles. Humming noise in the front started three weeks ago. stops when turning right. Does that indicate the right wheel is the problem? I am guessing it is either the hubs or the bearings. Replaced bearings, rotors and pads last summer on both sides after greasing the bearings thoroughly. Did not grease the spindle when putting the new hub on. Any suggestions? Am unsure which side to start on and what the problem might look like.

remove and inspect the FR, check play before, once apart, look for contaminated grease, dry bearing surfaces, etc....as for the hub, maybe check if hub is stuck in lock

replaced the left front tie rod last summer. Is the tie rod known for this type of noise?

Steering linkage isn't going to cause a hum. If it's loose, you will be able to feel it and it will clunk.

This sounds like a wheel bearing. The wheel assembly is shifting position when you turn. Check the torque on the bearings to see if the nuts are properly tightened.
