Clock Spring Replacement

I replaced the clockspring in my 2000 F150 7700 Series. I realized I didn't have it in the right position and now I have corrected it. I went to start the truck and it won't start. The airbag light stays on solid and it dings like there is a problem but it won't start. I am looking for some ideas. I cacked one of the connectors on the clockspring but it really didn't look like it would be a problem but maybe I messed up and just need to replace the clockspring again.. Just wondered if anyone might steer me in the right direction. Thanks elevatorman13
