I just suck it out of the reservoir - and you can drive it for a while and do it again a few times with one quart of fluid. I use the standard Mobil 1 synthetic ATF from Walmart.

Does it change with RPM or go away when it heats up? Check your exhaust manifolds! I had the same deal and my passenger side manifold was leaking on #4.
