Fuse blowing when brake applied

99f150. 156,000 mi
Fuse blows as soon as I hit the brake pedal. Fuse 13? Top middle
Unhooked the connector above the spare thinking it was a taillight causing the issue. Still blowing. Searched and found so many things my head is spinning
Help

Your owner manuel may not give full info on what fuse 13 feeds.
It feeds the muti-function switch, the Shift lock actuator and the outside cab center light.
If these don't work after the fuse blows, you have the right circuits to look at.
First guess would be a shorted fillament in a cab stop light bulb.
Good luck.
