Window motor success

I want to thank the forum for tips on fixing the passenger window motor on my 99 extended cab. I could hear the relay clicking, so I figured I had a bad motor. Ordered an AC Delco from Rock Auto, around $48. Followed the tips form one member's post and got it done in 90 minutes. I cracked the switch trim clip due to prying at the wrong end, so I would advise slowly wiggling each end of a trim panel up till you can see which end comes loose first. I used tape to hold the bolts in the socket so they wouldn't fall out. Also be careful to note how the motor wire is routed. There's a vertical strap that the window rides in, if you get the wire behind the strap, the window will catch and pull on the motor wire. If your window motor is out, give it a shot, it's not too hard.
