Need help with depo fogs

Where can I find these suckers? I saw a forum member had them and I wanted them immediately after I saw them but I looked and looked and just cant seem to find them. The ones Im speaking of are the clear lens with the shiny/chrome background in them if that makes any sense? Thanks

I've got a set they are pretty nice. For warning tho don't run anything higher then a 9145 bulb. I ran a 9005 in them and melted the glare cap and part of the reflective bowl.
