I dont think so. The biggest tires i have seen on here with 9" of lift was 38's. And it didnt look like room for more.

I just don't see it happening unless you somehow manage to find like a 10-12.50" wide one, on like an 8-9" wide wheel with the perfect backspacing and probably decent trimming.

Probably only remotely doable with fiberglass fenders. But then you'd have to worry about clearance on the inner fender portion.

40s on an IFS? Craziness... SAS that bisch and throw on a real lift and youll get 40s. There was a guy running 38s but stepped down to 37/12.5s

For 40's you would want atleast 12-13'' i had 12'' with 38's and rubbed body at full turn while going over a bump. So went up an inch to 13'' and no rub. So i would say you will still be trimming with 12-13'' but will be good after that.

And as fx4project said. 40's on ifs is not a good idea. I had 44's on mine for a short time and that short time was to long of a time if you know what i mean

Edit- Buxton i think you had that quote in your sig for long enough i think its time for a change. what do you think?

I ran 37x13.5's on just a 6" fabtech lift on a 4x4. Barely.. and I mean barely a rub at full lock. So I am sure if you added 3 more inches of body lift, cranked the T bars a bit and swapped the 4" block that comes with the lift (stacked on top of the stock blocks) to a 6" solid block with an AAL.... 40's are possible with some trimming. However, you will have no travel.. every bump you hit especially while turning is going to rub.

You guys must be talking about 2wd?
LLtoolj... 12-13" of lift??? the chassis should clear 40's with that. welcome back you goof

Yea toolj's 2wd, but I still don't see it happening on a 4x4 without like 11ish inches. Otherwise it'd be like you said, no travel and probably wouldn't even be able to turn without rubbing. Iirc memo did 16ish inches on a 2wd to clear 40's properly, so translate that to 4x4 and that's still like 13" haha.

Makes sense, since I've been gone for the last week or two.
