Our Ford Edge does.. kind of nice. Helps find the car in dark parking garages and lights up the area surrounding it.
Wonder if that is a possible feature to add to a vehicle..? I wouldnt mind having it on my truck.

All my other vehicles have done it, and so have all my wifes Ford's (fusion, edge, etc..)

I havent found a way to change it yet. But I did have some LED's hooked up at one time underneath, that I tied into the courtesy lamp spot on the fuse block. They worked with the interior and cargo light with the clicker & when the door opened.

I have an 02. The headlights have never come on when I use the clicker to unlock the doors. The interior and cargo lights do come on for a short while. The headlights flash when I lock the doors, and flash + honk when I turn on security.

Not sure why you would want the headlights to stay on like the cargo light does. If you are at the boat ramp the truck is facing way, and when you get back to the truck after a hunt you're working on the tailgate/bed. I only use my headlights when one of my buddies comes straggling back late and I want to blind him for making me wait.

I have an '03 with auto lamps, no DRL's... Unlocking only triggers the the interior and cargo lights. Locking only flashes the headlight. If I have the headlamps in the auto setting, there is a delay when I turn off the truck. Other than that, they're off.
