2003 f-150 shock replacement

I'm getting ready to replace my shock on my 03, has 141k on it. It's got rancho's right now but was thinking of trying bilstein 4600's. Any input guys?

Yea, they ride pretty stiff unloaded. Any weight you add should help. I replaced mine at around 150k. My factory Ranchos gave up well before that...
