Help! Electrical(?) issue

I have a 2001 F-150 Crew Cab Lariat edition with 225k miles. The truck runs and looks great but I have 3 issues that I cannot solve and MAY be related. There are 3 bits of electronics that do not work; 1. The fog lights do not operate, 2. The Overdrive off button doesn't work, and 3. the automatic headlights do not function. I have checked the fuses which are ok. Could these 3 things be related and come from 1 issue? Any ideas how to trace them out? THANKS!

For # 2 & 3, go back and check the fuse F29 circuit in the under-dash box.

For the fog lights, verify that you have their switch turned on and that you are checking them only when the low-beam headlights are on.

The PO of my '00 F150 said he had a problem with the overdrive button not working and blowing the fuse... his mechanic told him it was a common problem with these trucks and that it was a chaffed wire in the steering column. That's the only one I can help you with.
