air bag light 1997 4.6 xlt 2wd

ni guys, i have my air bag light on, for a couple of weeks, it started flashing 3-2 then staying on, But would not do it everytime i drove it. I looked up the code and it is saying clock spring.
now, i had the clock spring replaced last year. My horn and cruise control still work fine.
I have plugged in my tuner and there are no DTCs.
Any opinions..?

LFC does NOT say the clock spring is bad, it says the driver's side airbag circuit resistance is too high.

You have to do the troubleshooting to see WHY the resistance is too high, whether it be the airbag module, chassis wiring, clock spring, or the restraints controller.
