I have a 1997 F150 with no turn signals or emergency flashers. I have replace all four bolbs, flasher relay, turn signal relay and fuse with no positive results. I also have taken the sterring colume multi-function switch out and performed an continuity test on it and it passed. I do not know what else I can do to fix this problem.....HELP !!!

 

Check fuses F1 (always hot) and Fuse F23 (hot in RUN) in the underdash box . Verify power with a meter or test lamp.

Check grounds behind the passenger side kick panel.
