true blues back in action!

Just wanted to give an update Got her back last night and worth every penny! Stayed with the 4.6 added a set of shorty headers cause my stock manifolds were shot. But she runs like a dream! Only put 50 miles on her so far but truck has never run this good! and with all that powder coating and shiney parts and new long block the enging compartment couldnt look any better!

i must say pretty excited got my iac undcrontrol and fixed tonight and idle is back perfevt only ladt thing i need to fix is my egr tube the runs from the egr to the driverside exhaust manifold. the one on there got cracked but found out the dealer no longer can get the so i have an exhaust leak. checked a few autopart stores and nothing nobody makes them. sooo got some searching to do. if any one has any suggestions id be very appricative. but the nwe engine has good power and just enough for what i need. truck looks pretty and thats the way its gonna stay. cime spring im gonna find a true blue lighting to learn the hp stuff on!

I had quite a few at one time, -probably still do, in a box somewhere. Unless it was thrown out.

Id look on eBay. However, you can stiil get a new one from the dealership since they're ALL the same for the 4six from 97-03. You could also fix a crack, -that particular pipe SHOULD be tigged. Or migged w/stainless.

BTW, -I have that factory nipple that threads into the manifold/EGR pipe end. I just seen a 4six nipple fumbling thru a drawer of miscellaneous crap the other day.
