I tried to do this on my parents' road (chipseal) when I first buttoned everything up but I didn't get going too fast. I take it a loose surface is required? I'll try to find a nearby dirt road some night soon and give this a try.

You could also do it in the snow on a paved road.

Another update. I manged to play around on a dirt road last night. I would get the truck up to 40 kph and hit the brakes; they pulsed but something was groaning severely. After about 15 minutes I managed to get pretty good pedal response when applying normally, so I'm satisfied for now. I would say that I do need a master cylinder in the near future; I'm hoping to be able to replace all of the brake components that I haven't already replaced.

Drove the truck to work this morning and I have a squeak from one wheel and a grinding from another... I just can't win.

Are you sure all the replacement parts are indeed for the 7700? Since that one is a parts specific model. Well, up front it is anyway.

The ABS pump that was in the truck did indeed say "F150 Heavy" on it, but I don't think its going to be an issue. I don't tow a lot of weight with the truck anyways.

After an inspection, for whatever reason I can't fathom the lower passenger side caliper bracket bolt worked its way out. I had the exact same bolt come out on my '00 F-150 when I did the brakes on it as well. Totally different setup, same bolt. WTF?
