First truck i have ever had!!! what should I upgrade??

Hi everyone! I'm new on the forum, this is the first truck I have bought (used to have a Grand cherokee 96).

I have been reading a lot (SERIOUSLY A LOT A LOT) about all Mods I could make to this awesome truck. Everything it came on was stock except for some Owen's running boards that I take off cuz I didn't like the way it looked.

So... my truck:
2001 Supercab XL, 4x4
Automatic, 4.6L Triton V8

So far I:
+ Took off those awful running boards I mentioned before
+ Got new tires: General AT2 (265/75R16) and I think I lost like 1.5 MPG (first to weeks I drove with 4 different very worn tires but were 265/70R16)
+ Yesterday did Gotts Mod (haven't seem a real change)
+ Ordered an aFe Pro Dry S filter, it will come on one week.
+Tinted windows: driver/passenger at 20%, rest at 5%.

Now, I got this truck with 116,000 miles (right now I have 118,500) I don't know when or what was the last service that was made so I really think I should do the 120,000 normal schedule service:

+ change oil and oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, PCV valve, transmission fluid and a lot of inspections (for example steering linkage, lately it creaks everytime I move the steering wheel, BTW already checked power fluid level and its ok)

I hope all this stuff can make a mpg difference because right now im getting like 11 mpg (and I'm not an agressive driver)

And now...suggestions? scolds? anything? information?...

i get 11 with my 4.6 so that isnt a shocker. Just do your plugs, and regular services! also look into the Gotts mod. i also run 265's so you're not alone, i didn't loose much mpgs there though...

Welcome to the forum!

seems like you are on the right track with doing all the maintenance so far.

some new lightning style headlights would improve the appearance alot!

The truck looks good! Get some black tow mirrors they would look much better than chrome imo
