I have a question

I have a question about my truck before I just throw it together. My 99 4x4 xlt f150 has a 4.6L with a coil pack ignition system. Well the engine has horrible bottom end noise and no oil pressuer, so I pulled it. Now I found a donor truck for 200 dollars same engine and same model but its a 2001xlt not 4x4. I've noticed that my engine/truck has coil packs and the donor engine/truck has cop's. Now my question is can I just throw the coil packs and wires on the 2001 engine and put it in my truck. And if I can't what will it take to make it work in my 99. Please help me I bought a book and it says nothing about it.

Yes, you can use your ignition system that was on the truck already.
