Entered my truck in its first car show!

Just registered My truck in its first carshow coming next sunday the 23rd. Just wondering if anyone had any detailing tips or tricks for me so the ruck still looks perfect when i get there. Just worried about getting bugs or spin off from the wheels on her. Do people usally wait till they get there to dress the wheels? I do have detail mist and a bunch of microfiber cloths just lookin for more suggestions. Thanks guys!

People usually show up early to QD, glass cleaner and tire dressings

Not yet just media blased all of the brackets and pully's and there being sent out for powder coat on monday. I also bought new oil feed hoses that are braided and a 90 mm lightning MAF looking for 42 lb injectors too to get rid of the Fuel feed system that came with the kit. So looking like its going to be about another month I would like to still build a air to air inter cooler and install efans while im at it. But it will be soon want to do it right the first time. I just put new seals in the blower last night.

Great! Like others said do your QD and shine stuff when you get there. Hyperdressing won't sling from the tires but if your going to go heavy on tire dressing wait until you're there. I'm sure you have plenty of wax on it already so all you'll have to do it QD it.

Just a suggestion, but since you spent so much time cleaning and painting the chassis and underside bring a mirror or two with you to show the underneath. Your truck is easily a trophy truck.

Look forward to the pics...good luck!

I like to do my wheels before the show. I think having tire dressing on the ground where you're parked detracts from the appearance. Stop at in a parking lot, dress them up and drive slowly to the show. When you park wipe it down and then enjoy the show. Good luck.
