I know this is an old thread but was hoping to get the mania if possible. I just purchased a 1999 Expedition and think his may really help as I will need to do a lot of work on it. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Edit: Oops. After a while of it looking like nothing was happening it just popped up so the link is still good. Strange that it didn't allow me to see the progress info. Maybe it took a while to find it on the all the servers. Thanks much!
