Factory Bed Rail Caps Question.

Anyone have info where these can be had? Except for the dealership..Mine are a little rough. Trucks getting a new coat and would rather replace with a new set or a set in descent shape. If I can locate a pair that is. (?)

The tailgate cap as well.

BTW- I have looked at after market caps and haven't found anything that doesn't look cheap; cheap IMO anyway.

Thanks fellas!

Pick n pull maybe, might be rough too. Otherwise its the stealership, the street scene smooth ones, or sand yours and paint them...

Thanks. -That's what it may come down to. I haven't priced new at the dealership yet. Or know if I can even get them, might not have them. If they do, I bet they want over 200 for a set.

Check Tasca Parts. Looking online you should be able to get the full set for about 150. Also check Rock Auto.

Thanks kingfish, I will check those two for the OEM and price comparison.

Had an email directing me here, -

Yea, that's what I was looking for. They have my decal as well. Price looks good.

I've searched on two occasions recently and come up with 0. Well, at least I know I can get them now.

Thanks guys.

Not seeing anything for the bed caps though.

Thanks for looking that up Red. As it happens, the same site that I've posted earlier carries the factory OEM as well. For about $36, -

LMC has always been crazy expensive. That's to bad, they have a great online catalog, -best I've seen. Hell, even their shipping prices will kill yuh.
For body parts it's either raybuck.com or auto-bodyparts.com. Unfortunately, neither of them carry the parts that I was after this time.

Thanks tho.

I can't believe how ridiculously overpriced those things are. I've never seen anyone who's installed the aftermarket ones, so I've always been afraid to pull the plug on them. Too bad nobody ever made the diamond plate ones.

I've seen diamond plate here and there, -some camo as well. Both looked pretty nice, but iduno. I recall how the truck looked the day I purchased new. I'm attempting a little revival. Taking forever, just to set up the garage in order to do this successfully. Almost there, can't wait to spend time on the truck. Collecting parts in the mean time.

I seen earlier today that summit had a set that looked like my originals (except new). Messed around with their eBay site for about 20 minutes trying to find out if they had them for my MY and box. After finding NO info, thru it in.

But I'll try they're web site in a minute.
