I'm trying to comb some retailers websites to find out what I'd need to perform the 4/6 drop on my truck but I'm having some issues. I've searched the forum but most of the information is really outdated and links not working.

I've got a 2003 F-150 XLT V8 (4.6L) Single Cab. Like I said, I want to do the 4/6" drop. Brand recommendations and insight is welcome.

I know I've got to get the frame notched, but I'd LIKE to be able to do the rest of the work myself to save on cash. Any special tools needed for the rest of the drop?

Who's selling these kits? I can't find anything on summit, speed & truck world and even came accross a website called stylintrucks.com - Doesn't seem as though anyone is carrying it.

Once everything is said and done, what's the cost looking like?

Well for the fronts would do spindles n coil springs should give you 4" combined bro, and the rear think a flip kit will do it. Bell tech sells kits and pretty sure drop force does too. Look on eBay they have tons of lots.
