yea its clean for the amount of miles! The rockers and bed need some help but were going to swap the bed off my parts truck and he just bought new rockers so spring were going to redo the entire body on his.
sweet, dad an i had a beater project, we had a parts truck and swapped cabs around, i got another truck we are swapping front clips here within the month. (maybe) but i am keeping the clip.
its going to be a fun learning project for me. I have had a few ups and downs but i must say owing an older truck and trying to do alot of the work my self has really tought me a ton.
Had ol' faithful for 6 years, hard to do a 'before and after' because she went through a lot of changes. But here goes...
The day I got her. Mods began the hour she came home, as evidence by the L heads and corners.

Stock interior the day I purchased her.

She wasn't pampered, but she did get well maintained and modded.
- Volant CAI
- Flowmaster 40 exhaust
- Magnaflow high flow cats
- Ported TB
- Hypertech programmer (mainly for speedo recalibration)
- Doestch 3.5" spindles
- Daystar 1.5" coil spacer
- 4" rear blocks
- Trailmaster SSV shocks
- Eagle 58 series 16x10 wheels
- L heads + corners (oem Visteon gear)
- 6k HID kit
- OEM 4x4 valance (bedliner'd) with 03' fogs and hooks
- Ranch hand rear bumper
- Katzkin leather upholstery with seat heaters
- B&I wood dash kit
- OEM Navigator overhead console
- OEM Navigator steering wheel
- 2008 Ford Escape 6 disc MP3 radio

Worn and torn stock seats

The day the Katzkin covers were installed, the wrinkles worked themselves out after a few days.

Worst mod of all... trading her in for a measly $2500 (took a hit because of the miles, 196,000, tried selling the truck locally but best offer I got was $3k.) on an 01' Supercrew that I ended up not liking and trading in on an F250. I still see the 99' running around town, her new owner has a few kids that I'm sure are ruining her new-ish leather upholstery and she smokes in it. Someone also stole the tailgate. Hate to see something that was so faithful to me for 6 years get run into the ground, but that's the cycle. Few owners take a used vehicle and make it better.

Those seat covers are killer!! Where did you get them? Ive thought about doing a grey leather seat swap in my truck but i might be able to just swap the back if i can get grey leather covers like that.

The down side is they were made in early 2000, and I bought them in 2008. The installer said they felt very dry. I was liberal with leather conditioner but they still started showing surface cracks not even 6 months later. Oh well, they still looked great and the truck reeked of new leather smell for a long time.
You can buy custom made Katskins here: http://katzkin.com/

Not for our year of truck though, it has 93-96 and 2010-2012
