Radio fitment?

Radio fitment?

Will a 2006 f150 radio fit in a 2003 model?

They sure dont look the same.

One question...why?? Just curious as it seems a factory for factory swap would not seem to be worth the time/effort. I am actually surprised at how nice the factory unit sounds in my 2000 XLT. It even plays muffed up cds!! Anyway, didn't know your motive and I was curious.

Because the truck I bought used has an aftermarket sony thats junk, and I feel the Ford OE will be better.

Ah, understood. If that doesn't work out for you, Pioneer is always a good card to play. I have loved Pioneer above all others I have tried. That's my 2 cents, as I have comtemplated putting a Pioneer in my ride for the last couple weeks. Good luck with it whatever you decide to do!
