Used brake line and JB Weld.

Looks awesome! I'm jealous, I've been wanting a HD grill insert for my truck since I bought it. Super hard to find one and too expensive to buy a new one.

Hey c_ulater, thanks for the photos and directions, it definitely points me in the right direction. Since it is hidden, I would much rather have function over beauty any day. It would be a much different story if it was visible, in that case it would have to function properly and be good looking.
