Adjusting the Bed

So I know I could figure this out, but felt like asking to see if there were any secret hidden bolts or anything...

I want to try and see if I can slide my bed over to one side a little. I don't know for sure if there's any adjustability left in it or not, but I feel like trying. The way it sits now, it makes it look like one of the back tires sits out further to one side than the other and I've finally decided to do something about it after all this time. There are other indicators pointing towards the bed needing adjustment and not solely a problem with the axle or anything of that nature.

Only thing I'm not looking forward to is getting the bed liner out to get to the bolts in the floor of the bed. So, besides the obvious bolts in the floor of the bed, what else needs to come loose to try and slide it over?? Thanks for any tips guys.

They're torx bolts and not an oversized one...maybe T55, T65...make sure it's one that is guaranteed replacement because the bolts easily seize over time. The bolts are threaded into bungs/brackets welded to the frame...6 bolts for short beds, 8 for long...there's a specialty hand tool...an impact socket driver....it works by striking it with a hammer and it turns the bolt at the same time....much less likely to strip out the head of the bolts with one.

So the apparent bolts in the bed are the only bolts/attachments that need to come loose then?

When I did my body lift, those torx bolts were the only thing holding it down.

correct. just the torx bolts in the bed

there are "fender support rods" in the wheel wells that can be used to tweak the lower sides in or out if needed.
