All of us that have followed the coil seen. Very exciting

If you develop a coil problem or want to possibly wake her up a bit (old coils can get tired/lazy), -replace them with Visteon/Motorcraft (Hungary) coils from an eBay store.

That way you get more for your money, - like 70% more over the dealerships price.

I'd replace the injectors as well, or have them sonic cleaned. Replacing mine with new ones was the cheaper route for me. Found new type/design 3's (Bosch) on eBay $65 a set.

The truck went from a heavy slug to feeling light and quick, - more than I expected anyway. I replaced coils and injectors, -same time @ about 200,000 miles.

I've checked out the rebuilt type three injectors..and the Visteon CoPs...have them saved on Ebay for when I'm ready. I will probably do both, because as mentioned, 200K is kind of up there. And with the savings on the Visteons, I can afford the new injectors. Will probably do it all when I replace the plugs at next oil change, which will be right at 200k.

I've been looking at my exhaust options to get rid of the bent up generic cat-back that came with it. Def. doing the 3" Y, pipes and a 24" 5x11 SI/SO. I'm wondering about pulling the rear cats, if they are going to fail eventually anyway. Is there anything to gain from pulling them (and maybe worth $150ish). Specifically any torque gains...and if it will be obnoxiously loud.

As far as the Seafoam goes...I can't say I have any evidence to its effectiveness in the intake of a well maintained, modern, fuel-injected four-stroke motor. However, I've used it for years in two-stroke outboards/lawn equipment/etc, riding mowers and in the crankcase before oil changes (not every one) in my vehicles. In those applications, I will attest for it's efficacy as a petroleum based solvent/detergent.

Thanks for all the replies.
