Nice truck. Maybe lightning headlights and corners or new wheels. Also removing the door molding is a popular mod.

Dont know if your looking for just appearance or what? But here is some many options: Lighting clear headlights and corners, 12k hids, obx headers, true duals with magnaflow x pipe and magnaflow magnapacks, simco white dash gauges, k&n intake, bbk throttle body, air raid throttle body spacer, troyer engine and transmission e-fans, mag-hytec rear differential cover (looks amazing), cowl induction hood, billet grille, 42 lbs injectors, and my personal favorite #1 thing I've done to my 03 screw is a set of train horns! REAL train horns. I got the k3la train horns, they are the ones that are used on real trains. You can get a complete set with everything you need for $1500. Best thing I've done to my truck. Have lots of fun with it. I just drive around blowing them at people and scare the s*** outta them. Funny as hell too!
