I'm stuck between getting a sct Sf3 programer or a superchips flaspaq. Can anyone tell me which is better they are both about the same price so I just want to know which is better. Truck is an 02 f150 with the 5.4

I'm biased.....I'd go with the sct sf3.....you can get custom email tunes for it from vmptuning, power hungry performance, troyer performance, or 5star tuning.....

 

I'm even more biased.

Just save yer money and buy an X3 Model 3000 WITH 3 custom tunes included for the price. ( The #3015 SF3 has no included custom tunes for the price so it would actually cost you more, all-in). And you DO want the custom tuning.

Recommended tuner = www.vmptuning.com. Not a 5Star fan - sorry. IF you can wait a while, then go with TP, or PHP.

BTW - avoid buying a canned programmer with no extensability.

Ive been leaning towards the sct. I know the title is misleading. I just wanted some outside input on which people have had the best luck with.
