Are you using the factory torsion keys? Also do you have a pic of your cv angles?

the inner should last darn near forever. Do you burp the air out of them once you put the boot on and before you crimp the clamp?

What do you mean, - bust a boot ? They tear and you loose the grease ?

Lets face it, if you haven't learned to talk right by now, how are we suppose to understand ? How can you work on a vehicle and have anything good come of it ?

Might want to take it in. That means , - have a tech or a mechanic fix it up for yuh.

How does it look once installed ? Is there a bind perhaps ? Turn the steering while it's on the jack. How about grease ? Is the boot contacted with something ?

This is an unusual problem. At least IMO. I'd move the front parts around as much as I could. See if I could determine the problem that way.

I already asked/told him exactly what he was/is doing wrong in his install. Once you have boot over parts of cv you have to stick a pick or a small screw driver in and break the seal. This releases the excess pressurized that explodes the boots very shortly after replacing.

On a side note do you want to know how to get the cv out without even taking a wheel off?

it's exactly what is going on. This is a big reason why I don't post much. I ask him very politely if he is doing this VERY crucial step and he just ignored it.

That happens allot lol. You can't help some people help themselves. If that makes sense.

Nope, doesn't to me either.

That drives me nuts too - I ask a very pointed question and get ignored. How the hell can I help without the answer?
