1997 - 2003 F-150

squeaking noise

squeaking noise

hey guys i have a 97 4x4 with the 5.4 and about a week ago it started making a squraking noise from the front driver side...i made sure all the bushings were good and everything checked out fine...it squeaks while driving and if i turn the wheel while stopped...anyone know what this could be?
any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

Ball joints could be going out, but generally the cause is shocks wearing out. When's the last time anything up front was replaced?

i think i have the same issue. is it mainly like 15-35ish mph?

one of my friends also suggested the ball joints..ill look into that..i bought the truck about a year or so ago and havent replaced them and dont know when the previous owner did...i bought new shocks yesterday and im going to try to change them this weekend

mine does it at any mph..could be 5 could be 70 lol...it also does it when stopped..i can sit at a stop light and turn the wheel and it will squeak

It could also be the CV joint.
