i have 2003 Ford F150 4.2l v6....my baby was making a loud skreeching sound and idling really rough....it actually started acting like the engine was going to fall out the bottom with the jerking and sputtering....i took it to AutoZone when my check engine light came on and the code read that I had a retarded CMP....so i replaced it....and it was a mugg to replace...but now it has gone from the loud skreeching sound to a soft squeek....please help...plus i created an antifreeze leak by not putting that little metal Y shaped tube back in right. Help
