If you can't find the size- sorry I can't help you- you could drill out the hole and re-thread it if you have a tap and d set. You could also use cable ties temporarily. This could also be a good excuse to buy a vernier caliper (which could help you in the future as well). some you can find for under $10 for a no-frills basic plastic one.

Hope this helps.

Just go to the hardware store and look at metric bolts. I couldn't tell you what size they are but I could pick them out if I needed to.

I'm pretty sure they're a 10MM head shouldered bolt. Maybe a half inch to an inch long, I'll look if I still have one in my tool box next time I go out.

Just checked, My 98 is 10MM. I didn't remove the bolt though so I don't have any other dimensions. Sorry. Hope that at least helps you some.

Hi, I just put my shroud back on my 5-4 l 04 expedition. The bolts are M6x1.0 1 and 1/4 in Long. It is a hex flange bolt 8.8 grade. It has an M10 head on it. I hope this helps!
