1997 Lariat 4x4. Dropped steering column to replace heater core. Upon reassembly found one white wire with a black stripe that comes out of the Vehicle Security System box broken off close to the and above the brake pedal and I don't have any idea where it's supposed to connect to. Haven't been able to find any information on it. Maybe it isn't used? It comes out from the side of the Vehicle Security System box by itself, not from the connectors with all the wires in them. It's the antenna for the remote keyless entry.

 

Thanks Project, I'm going to assume it doesn't connect to anything and just acts as an antenna.
