ABS messed?

ABS messed?
So everytime I start my truck it sounds like the ABS is kicking in, and it does it until I start accellerating. Any ideas?

99 5.4, you know when you start sliding on ice? and the ABS starts pulsing the pedal and it makes that sound, well it makes that sound!

I'm in Calif.-no ice here, ha ha.

So it's only the sound? Does the pedal puls?

I'm thinking the sound might be from the IAC sticking, if it's only a sound.
